Beneath the new Frati on Torvet, we have cleared, restored, and furnished a 300-year-old vaulted cellar. Parts of the space once served as the back kitchen of Hotel Residence, and the walls are steeped in history.
This is the place for good friends, good vibes, and great beer. Much of it we brew ourselves — the rest we source from other talented breweries. As always, we've done this our own way: an exciting meeting between old and new.
Why ØX? The name is our take on Fønix — a tribute to the building we call home and the great bird that watches over it from outside.
